Prize: 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 or $40,000
• You must be 18 years or older to participate. Elks Raffle Managers are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
• Raffle tickets are $20.00 each. Ticket purchases are non-refundable and not eligible for charitable tax deduction. No discounts for multiple purchases.
• There is no limit to the number of tickets one person may purchase. A maximum of 10,000 tickets will be sold.
• Ticket(s) purchase can be by cash, check, money order, or credit card.
Checks or money orders made payable to Elks Lodge 1843; or credit card information; with purchaser’s name, address, and phone number can be sent to Elks Lodge 1843, PO Box 29, Issaquah, WA 98027-0002. Purchasers of tickets by mail will receive them by return mail.

• If an entrant’s check or credit card is dishonored by the bank or credit card company, the entry ticket(s) will be voided and not placed in the raffle drawing. There will be a $5.00 service charge issued for non-sufficient funds checks.
• Purchaser of ticket(s) must have his/her name, address, and phone number printed legibly on each ticket stub. If more than one name is listed on the ticket stub, the first name listed will be considered the entrant.
• Entrant shall retain his/her ticket. In the event of any dispute or controversy concerning the winner of the drawing, entrant will be required to produce his/her raffle ticket.
• With purchase of a raffle ticket, the purchaser agrees to all rules of the raffle. Elks Lodge house rules and State of WA raffle rules are available at the Elks Lodge for viewing. Call 425-392-1400 for viewing times.
• All ticket stubs MUST be received by the Raffle Managers of the Elks Lodge prior to 3:30 pm on Sunday, December 6, 2009 to be eligible for the drawing. Winner need not be present to win.
• The winner will be determined by a random drawing on December 6, 2009 at approximately 4:00 pm at the XXX Rootbeer Drive-in, Issaquah, WA.
• If not present, the winner will be notified by immediate phone call and, if necessary, by registered mail. The winning ticket number will be posted at the Elks Lodge web site (www.home.earthlink.net/~lk-samm-elks-1843/) as well. If prize is unclaimed after 10 business days, the first ticket drawn will be voided and subsequent public ticket drawings will be advertised and made until a winner is determined.
• The winner is responsible for all licensing, registration, insurance coverage, income or special taxes and must offer proof of such before prize delivery is made. If the winner chooses the cash prize, IRS withholding will be made.
• The Elks Lodge specifically disclaims all expressed or implied warranties regarding the 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 automobile. Winner accepts car in “as is” condition.
• All proceeds, less the prize and expenses, benefit Compassion House; 165 Front Street N, Issaquah, WA. Compassion House is a nonprofit, charitable organization benefiting homeless families.
• This raffle is registered in and licensed by the State of WashingtonVoid where prohibited by law.
