This raffle will benefit Making A Dream Come True Inc, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Atlanta, Georgia. The proceeds from this raffle will fund the Making A Dream Come True - Senior Citizen Utility Assistance Program. Their goal is to grant underprivileged senior citizens over the age of 65 with utility assistance. The program sign-up dates and place will be announced on Making A Dream Come True's website.

Making A Dream Come True is dedicated to providing unmet basic needs for senior citizens and children with incurable diseases. Their ultimate goal is to change the lives of people who are less fortunate than others and those who have been negatively affected by the financial crisis in America. In order to raise funds and increase community awareness, we have launched a nationwide car raffle on our website with the grand prize being a Ferrari F430.

Drawing will be conducted by a CPA Firm in Atlanta, GA and attendance is open to the public, but need not be present to win. All winners will be notified by phone & by letter via the United States Postal Service. A maximum number of 30,000 tickets will be sold. If a minimum of 15,000 tickets have not been sold by the drawing date, a 50/50 Cash Prize drawing will be held in which the winner receives 50% of the net proceeds and the charity also receives 50%.
