The 2nd Annual Car Raffle to win a brand new 2009 MINI Cooper is underway and tickets are only $5 each. The raffle is to benefit the Catholic Schools of Broome County. The drawing to be held 3pm December 29, 2009 at Seton Catholic Central High School, 70 Seminary Ave. Binghamton, NY 13905. The winner need not be present to win!
