Any use of these documents, as is or altered, other than by charity organizations working with Raffle Mansion Charity Promotions, LLC is prohibited and users will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Rules & Regulations

  1. Eligibility - Raffles are open to all persons age 18 and. Since charitable raffle laws vary by state and by country, it is up to each individual user to verify that participating in this type of an event is legal in the state they reside. Employees of Raffle Mansion, non-profit organizations, consultants, attorneys, independent accountant firms, and any immediate family members of people involved with this promotion are not eligible to participate. We reserve the right to not accept any illegible, defective or incomplete entry forms and entries that do not include valid or full payment.

  2. How to Enter - All entrants must purchase ticket(s) either by credit card, check, or money order. Cash is NOT accepted. You may buy tickets online through our website, by fax, or by mail. Cost(s) vary from raffle to raffle. All mail-in and fax entries must add $2.00 to receive ticket(s). Checks will be held until cleared by the bank. Checks returned for insufficient funds or any other reason will disqualify the entry. Official Raffle Entry Form can be downloaded here. Please make sure you have the correct event selected. All mail-in and fax entries must be received at least 5 days prior to drawing to guarantee entry. Entries received after all tickets have been sold will be returned to sender. Participants acknowledge that their purchase of a ticket does not in any way guarantee that they will win a prize. All sales are final. No refunds will be made at any time.

  3. Drawings - Drawings will be held on the stated drawing date unless all tickets are sold beforehand. If all tickets are sold before the stated date, drawings will take place 5-10 days after the final ticket is sold. Please check the individual raffle page to see the drawing date and number of tickets being offered for that particular raffle. We reserve the right to extend the period of ticket sales for up to 90 days in the event that enough tickets to complete the raffle have not been sold. All drawings will be held at random under the supervision of an independent accounting firm. Entrants need not be present to win.

  4. Notification - The entrant whose ticket is drawn will be deemed the winner of that raffle. All winners will be notified by phone & by letter via U.S.P.S. If the winner does not respond or if for any reason does not complete all paperwork required to accept ownership of the prize within 30 days of the drawing date, ownership will be forfeited to the non-profit organization conducting that raffle. The charity is not responsible for printing errors in any raffle-related material, or for lost, late, misdirected or undelivered mail, or for any other failure to deliver tickets, notifications, or receipts associated with a raffle.

  5. Prizes - The Grand Prize will be a 2007 Ferrari F430 Coupe from Ferrari of Atlanta, with less than 3,500 miles, which comes with a Full Manufacturers Warranty, and is not warranted in any way by either Making A Dream Come True, Inc or Raffle Mansion Charity Promotions, LLC. If the specific car advertised becomes no longer available, a substitute car of the same year, make, & model may be chosen as a replacement. Certain features and car color may be different from the photographed representations in our advertising. Any taxes accruing as a result of the raffle, on or after the drawing date are the responsibility of the winner. In the event that at least 15,000 tickets are not sold, the original raffle will revert to a 50/50 drawing for a cash prize with one winner. In such an event, the winner will receive 50% of the net proceeds , with a maximum of $100,000 cash prize, or such lesser amount of the net proceeds from the sale of raffle tickets, with the remaining proceeds going to the non-profit organization sponsoring the event.

  6. Proceeds - All proceeds from our raffles go to benefit the non-profit organization sponsoring that particular raffle, minus expenses.

  7. Odds - The odds of winning vary from raffle to raffle. Please refer to the individual raffle page for odds of winning that particular raffle. Typically, there is only one prize offered for each raffle.

  8. General Conditions - Money spent on raffle tickets can NOT be considered tax deductible as a charity deduction. Charity home raffles are void where prohibited by law. Raffle participants represent that their participation is not in violation of their local laws or otherwise prohibited. We reserve the right to change these Rules and Regulations at anytime and without notice to anyone, though any changes made will be updated immediately on our website through this page.

  9. Privacy - By entering a raffle, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photographs, biography, likeness, voice and video for advertising and promotional purposes, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

  10. Winners - Winner must accept ownership of the prize within 30 days after the drawing date of the raffle. Should any prize not be accepted or claimed by this date, the winners prize will be forfeited and ownership returned to the sponsoring non-profit organization. Winners are fully responsible for all real property taxes and assessments accruing after the closing date, as well as all local, state, and federal income taxes. All winners must be able to provide valid identification and their name must match the name associated with the winning ticket.

  11. Liability - Raffle Mansion and all associated charities do not guarantee the stated value of any prize available through our raffles, although appraisals are required prior to acceptance. Raffle Mansion and associated charities assume no liability. We also reserve the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney fees) against any claims made toward us, should the situation arise. All decisions related to interpretation/enforcement of these rules and regulations shall be made by the charity and will be final.
