Participation

Charity raffles are open to persons age 18 and over. Since charitable raffle laws are different in every country, it is your responsibility to ensure, before accepting and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, that participating in a charitable raffle is legal where you reside. Raffle Mansion Charity Promotions, LLC reserves the right to cancel your participation if we feel that you may be in violation of any laws.

Please note that the IRS does not allow money spent on raffle tickets to be considered tax deductible contributions.

Charity Permissions

By submitting any information, including documents, video footage, and pictures, to be included on this website, the charity agrees to give Raffle Mansion Charity Promotions, LLC the rights to use this information indefinately and without limitation. The charity also agrees to give Raffle Mansion Charity Promotions, LLC the equal rights to the use of all winners names, pictures, and video footage associated with the awarding of the prize. In addition, the charity also agrees to grant Raffle Mansion Charity Promotions, LLC the right to use information that may be copyrighted on their website including a description of the charity, prize description and information, and pictures of the prize(s) offered.

Liability

In no event shall Raffle Mansion Charity Promotions, LLC be liable for any damages, misunderstanding, or misinformation resulting from the use of Raffle Mansion's internet site, even if Raffle Mansion or a Raffle Mansion authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. You acknowledge that this is not a traditional web site. Instead, this website acts as a free directory that allows charities to promote their raffles to willing participants. We are not a non-profit organization and do not conduct any charity raffles ourselves. We are not involved in the actual ticket sales between the charity and participants. We have no control over and can not guarantee the accuracy of any information including descriptions and any prizes offered on this website.

Restricted Access

You agree that you will not use any spider, robot, scraper or other automated means to access our site for any purpose without our written consent. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content (except your own) from our site without the prior written consent of Raffle Mansion. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the proper working of our site or activities conducted on our site. You also agree not to bypass any other measures we use to restrict or prevent access to any part of our site.

Services and Fees

Raffle Mansion provides non-profit organizations the ability to promote their raffle fundraisers to the largest audience possible. Raffle Mansion also provides promotional and advertising services to those conducting charity raffles. Raffle Mansion is not actually involved in the sale of tickets or any financial transactions between the charity and raffle participants.

There is no charge for charity organizations to promote their raffles through our website, newsletter, and social media accounts.

Raffle Mansion charges an 5% fee paid in advance for any additional promotions done through our company.

Raffle Mansion also offers the ability for organizations to have Featured Placement on our website for an additional fee. Please contact us for current rates.

Privacy Policy

Any information that you provide to Raffle Mansion is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your information. You understand that through the use of this website, you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information by Raffle Mansion. As part of this policy, we may provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages.

Raffle Mansion simply acts as a directory for charity organizations to promote their raffle fundraisers online. We are not responsible for any content or services provided by any websites outside of the RaffleMansion.com domain name.

General Conditions

Charity raffles are void where prohibited by law. Raffle participants represent that their participation is not in violation of their local laws or otherwise prohibited. Proceeds from raffles will be held by the charity who is sponsoring the event. Winners are required to pay any applicable taxes on prizes.

We reserve the right to change this User Agreement at anytime and without notice to anyone, though any changes made will be updated immediately on our website through this page. Any amended terms will be effective 30 days after the date posted on our site.

Each clause contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be separate and severable from the other clauses. If a clause is found to be void, or invalid for any reason, the remaining Terms and Conditions will remain.

Any claim relating to Raffle Mansion's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
